BOOKING POLICIES

At our Nail Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Nacre Nails experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Tardiness
Scheduled appointments have a 15 minute grace period to allow for traffic snarls or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse partial or complete services.


Cancellations
Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling or text to : 778-917-5222 Please give at least 24 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it's not always possible to give adequate notice when you can't make an appointment. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment.

No Shows
If you make an appointment that you don't cancel and don't show up for, we reserve the right to charge a $10 service fee in addition to requiring a non-refundable deposit on your next appointment.
Any recurring appointments, or future bookings will also be cancelled in the event of a no-call/no-show. If you wish to keep your scheduled appointments, please call the salon within 72 hours of your missed appointment to secure them.

Health
If you are sick, please call to reschedule your appointment. We have children and immune compromised individuals as clients, and we do not want to put their health at serious risk by passing viruses and cold germs on to them. Additionally, if you have a potentially contagious condition on your hands or feet, signs of a fungus or wart for example, we cannot provide services to you without the express written consent of a physician. We also cannot perform services if open or infected wounds are present. If you have a condition on your hands or feet that you think is suspect, please notify of us before the service begins, and we will advise you on whether or not services can be legally and safely performed.

 

Refunds
If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
Absolutely no cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon.

Guarantee
Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first five days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $3 each. Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.


Book with staff who works with you before 

Because some reason the booking done online is general and doesn't guarantee which technician will see you.  If you know name and would like the staffs works with you before please call to book .

 

Surveillance
For your safety, and ours, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.
